In the heart of Barcelona's we find the Enric i Victòria de la Riba House, built by the architect Enric Sagnier in 1897. A cataloged building that is being transformed into a promotion of exclusive homes by the promoter Bonavista Developments.

The interior architecture project is signed by the vilablanch studio and is concreted in the creation of a sample floor, which allows the future users to understand the essence of the global concept of interior design and show the high level of quality of the materials.

The floor includes a MINIM furniture and lighting proposal, in line with the overall concept of the project: an interior design capable of transforming the essence of Sagnier's modernism into a current, sober and functional proposal.

For the furnishing project were chosen pieces acquired at MINIM, such as those detailed below: Airmchair George's, by David Lopez Quincoces for Living Divani. Side table Plaisir, by Formstelle for Zeitraum. The Ginger lamp, by Joan Gaspar for Marset.

The kitchen, project of bulthaup bach 7, has been acquired with the b1 system, from bulthaup. Linus-S taps, in white. Appliances, from Gaggenau. Suspension lamp Slim, by Josep Lluscà for Fluvia.

In the living room, the sofa and pouf Miloe, by Cassina, and the Gray airmchairs, by Living Divani; both are designed by Piero Lissoni. Vintage Rug, by Limited Edition. Side table Stockholm, by Mario Ruiz for Punt.

The Volage bed, designed by Philippe Starck for Cassina. Table lamp Carrara Marble, by Terence Woodgate. Rug Diabolo, by Limited Edition.

In the distributor stand out the Muffins lamps, by Lucie Koldová for Brokis; the Skygarden ceiling lamp, by Marcel Wanders for Flos, and the Sciangai hanger, by De Pas, D'Urbino and Lomazzi for Zanotta.
