MINIM Barcelona participated together with vilablanch studio in the furnishing and lighting project of the pilot house. This promotion of flexible and intelligent households was developed by Solvia in Sant Andreu de Llavaneras (Barcelona). 

In the pilot house of these households that " grow and evolve with you”, the client can see very clearly the basic distribution of the household. The client can also imagine the possible future distributions that can be applied in the households, depending on its needs. 

The firms of the lounge furniture, dining room furniture, children's furniture, bathroom furniture and outdoor furniture are from important contemporany firms like Cappellini, Vitra, Treku, Viccarbe, FatBoy, Magis, Acsil o Hay, among other. For the lighting, the table lamp, the ceiling lamp and the floor lamp were chosen from firms like Isist, Flos,o Marset.
