MINIM invites you to discover "La luz en el plato". A project by Davide Groppi, which brings together his experience as an illuminator of gastronomic spaces. The Italian designer of luminaires has created, especially for MINIM, an installation in which we can see four illuminated gastronomic scenographies. In a brief informal chat, Groppi will explain his philosophy and sources of inspiration, and introduce us to the latest lighting projects he has done for restaurants.
