On February 18, MINIM Barcelona organized an event with the furniture firm Minotti to celebrate the successful relationship of the Italian firm with the Italian architect and designer Rodolfo Dordoni, Art Director of Minotti and coordinator of all the company's collections since 1998. The event brought together leading professionals from the city, as well as journalists from the best magazines in the sector.

During the event, the documentary "Minotti Undiscovered. A Matter of Style" was screened. It recalls the most significant features of the company throughout its 70 years of history. Then, a talk was given by the guest of honor, Rodolfo Dordoni, thanks to which the guests could learn in more detail about this relationship of more than 20 years. A close collaboration that, year after year, has contributed to strength and shape the brands identity and style that has become its main characteristic.

Attendees had the opportunity to discover a careful selection of the most iconic pieces designed by Rodolfo Dordoni for Minotti. At MINIM Barcelona we find the Suitcase Line and Delaunay Quilt armchairs designed in the early colaboration with Minotti (in 1997 and 1998, respectively), the Aston sofa and armchair, and the seating system West, one of the most representative pieces from the 2019 Colection. At the first floor we can find different compositions of furniture that bring some of the firms bestsellers: the seating system Lawrence and Freeman, the semicircular sofa Lawson Medium together with the Lawson Lounge armchairs, and the Catlin Dining table surrounded by Aston Dining small armchairs, all of them signed by Rodolfo Dordoni.

At the end, the assistants were able to talk to Dordoni, while having a cocktail.
