Family house in the north of Madrid
Family house in the north of Madrid
We moved to the north of the capital to discover the furnishing project carried out by MINIM Madrid in a family home built in 1978, ehich has been recently renovated by the architecture studio Pachón-Paredes.
The furnishing of spaces such as the terrace, the dining room or the living room, responds to the needs of its owners both at the architectural level and at the level of the daily use of the different rooms. In this house, in which the neutral tone of the solid stone of the floor and the imposing stairs predominates, we opted for pieces of first brands with soft shapes and timeless design, which have, in turn, a great personality.
In the dining room we find the Silver Table from Finn Juhl with the Reading chairs from the same nórdic firm. For the lighting the suspended lights H2O PD3 by Gubi and the wall lamp AJ Eklipta from Louis Poulsen.
Moving to the living room, the protagonist is the sofa ExtraSoft from Living Divani in stone grey; next to it, we find the side table Rabbit & The Tortoise Collection from the same brand and the table lamp Mayday from Flos. The armchairs Butterfly from Isist, are found both in the living room (with natural leather covers) and in the outdoor area (with canvas covers in various colors) as well as two Nido poufs by Paola Lenti in brown and tile color.
The kitchen, projected by bulthaup claudio coello, its a b3 model with an island in linoleum anthracite color and modules in natural aluminium.
