Housing in the FM10 development, Barcelona

Francesc Macià 10 in Barcelona is a Bauhaus architecture building conceived by the Swiss architect Marc J. Saugey in the 1960s. In 2019, and commissioned by Squircle Capital, this iconic office building was completely renewed by the prestigious Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan, together with his MK27 studio and transformed into a luxury residential building. The objective of José Caireta and Daniel Castillo, co-founders and CEOs of the owner company, was very clear: to turn FM10 into a unique and singular project.

The 10 floors of FM10 house seven flats and a penthouse on two levels, as well as a common space area on the ground floor. The project that we present to you is the furnishing of one of its magnificent homes, located on the 3rd floor of the building. 600 square meters designed by Marcio Kogan, leader of Studio MK27, and José Caireta, from Squircle Capital, whose furniture and lighting have been acquired at MINIM Barcelona.
