MINIM Madrid has been in charge of developing the project for furnishing and lighting the pilot flat of Madrigal 16, an exclusive residential development of new construction located in Puerta de Hierro neighborhood, Madrid. Madrigal 16 - composed of 20 magnificent houses  designed by Bueso-Inchausti & Rein - is equipped with the best comforts and, for the interior design project, MINIM has chosen large contemporary design brands such as Hay, Arketipo or Vitra for furniture, Santa & Cole and Louis Poulsen for lighting and bulthaup for the kitchen.

In the dining area, the imposing glass table - created by the designers of the same architecture studio that carried out this construction project - is completed with chairs ABOUT AAC23 from Hay with a natural wood base finish and gray upholstery. Suspended from the ceiling - and coinciding with the center of the dining table - the PH Snowball lamp by Louis Poulsen, designed by Poul Henningsen.

Moving on to the living room, we find the Arketipo Plat sofa, a system composed of combinable elements in light gray fabric that provides comfort as well as functionality. Framing the sofa, the Woodnotes Striped carpet in black and stone gray, which combines perfectly with the Plat and the Santa & Cole Cesta lamp designed by Miguel Milá that - without breaking the modern aesthetic - provides the perfect lighting touch to this space.

Next to the lounge and as an element that completes the stay, a set of armchair lounge chair & Ottoman created by Charles & Ray Eames for Vitra was chosen.

The installation of a bulthaup kitchen model b3 in white laminate, completes this project adding details of maximum quality and excellence to this pilot flat.
