Grosvenor has relied on MINIM Madrid to carry out the furnishing and lighting project of the pilot flat of the Jorge Juan 53 promotion, located in the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood. 

Five homes, one per floor, and a triplex make up this unique residencial. The promotion has an exceptional garden of 650 square meters, designed by the prestigious landscape architect Jesús Moraime. A Mediterranian oasis that brigs light and freshness to homes.

For this project MINIM has selected firms of furniture and lighting that are a referent in the contemporary design, such as B&B Italia, Porro, Gubi, Walter Knoll, Punt Mobles, Flos and & Tradition. This firms are elegant and modern. They also add timeless sophistication to each space and fits perfectly with the interior design project of the homes. 

For the furnishing blue, black and grey tones were chosen to contrast with the european oak floors. Some examples of this can be seen in the Dives sofa from Maxalto, the Harry pouf from B&B Italia, the Arco floor lamp from Flos or the Breda bed from Punt Mobles situated in the main bedroom.
